Board of Directors Overview

The Pink Pearls Foundation of New Jersey (PPFNJ) is governed by an independent Board of Directors that provides strategic leadership, fiscal oversight, and vision for long-term growth and sustainability.

The Board ensures that the foundation remains true to its mission — to serve with purpose, empower through opportunity, and uplift with compassion — while maintaining accountability, transparency, and public trust.

While the Managing Directors oversee daily operations, events, and program implementation, the Board of Directors focuses on ensuring the foundation’s continued impact, stability, and strategic advancement across New Jersey.
