Dr Tanya K Ellis , Executive Director
Dr. Tanya K. Ellis leads the foundation with vision, innovation, and purpose. A seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and strategy, she oversees all operations, partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen communities across New Jersey
Vivian Armstrong , Executive Finance Director
Vivian Armstrong manages the foundation’s fiscal operations with precision and care, ensuring every dollar is used responsibly to sustain programs and support community impact.
Renée George , Marketing Director
Renée develops and executes marketing campaigns that showcase PPFNJ’s mission, strengthening awareness and engagement across digital and community channels.
Kim Hinkson , Marketing Director
Kim co-leads marketing and event promotion efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and creative excellence across all communications.
Tenille Miller , Finance Director
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Tenille manages the Pink Cares Initiative and coordinates outreach, survivor support, and care box distributions, helping connect compassion to action.
Camelia Valdes, Community Partneships Director
Camelia builds partnerships with local organizations, schools, and service groups to amplify the foundation’s reach and community presence.
Inez Brown , Creative Director
Inez leads visual design and creative presentation for events, campaigns, and materials—ensuring each project reflects the foundation’s elegance and purpose.
Delya Holt , BAO Collobaration Director
Delya manages all fundraising activities, donation campaigns, and event-based giving efforts, ensuring resources continue to sustain PPFNJ’s initiatives.
Stephanie Jones , Scholarship Director Director
Stephanie manages the Pearls of Promise Scholarship Program, coordinating applications, selections, and recognition efforts for outstanding young women.
